CONFERENCING OPTIONS

At our alpine lodge there are a range of conferencing options, this can tie in nicely with a Southern Snow and Ice Driving Experience where you may choose to create a 1-2hr driving experience as an activity to break up your meeting activities. We can work with you to create an unforgettable experience – we can sleep up to 65 people onsite, have full catering options, high speed internet, many options for break out rooms and private group work – all this combined with one of the most amazing locations you will ever encounter.

On Mountain ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS

Southern Snow and Ice Driving uses the warm and friendly alpine lodge on location and within a stones throw from your Southern Snow and Ice Driving facilities we have the following options available:

Ensuite Rooms
Tariff (per night): NZ$175.00 per person*
Situated on the top floor of the lodge building these rooms have ensuite bathrooms, a king size bed, TV, desk and wireless internet. Extra single bed can be made available on request. Sleeps 2-3 people

Standard Rooms
Tariff (per night): NZ$155.00 per person*
Lodge Style –These rooms sleep up to three (3) people per room in single beds with shared bathroom and toileting facilities.

*All our fares include a buffet breakfast and dinner
